Against small enemies she was great, especially oce I got her those bricks to bruise whoever she trampled, against big ones that can't be trampled she was hanging out in the corner waiting for her chance to be useful.And Stu was kinda just there, planting flowers at the start of each fight to let my low HP kitties heal up and sometimesattacking

One of their best attributes is that they have strong tile targeted spells, those are uncommon on other glasses. Try to get one of these. Avoid taking the more support oriented skills, not because they're bad but because the skill pool is diluted with too many of them. You need a reliable damage spell as soon as possible, preferably a tile targeted element one so that it can be boosted by element synergies. The cone is still good too though. Meteor shower is amazing. Try to get the passives that give boosts to him or allies for casting as most of these will make your party/mage scale hard in boss fights. If you can build the full witches set it makes them into monsters.

So you have a 75 percent change to dodge. The first one rolls, if you lose the roll (50 percent chance) then it rolls the second 50 percent chance, that's rolled half the time (if you didn't dodge on the first roll), and on half of those rolls you'll be hit. So half of half your rolls you will be hit, or, you will be hit 25 percent of the time. Note that stacking evasion like this has diminishing returns and will never reach 100 percent chance. Most enemies get multiple turns, so you get more returns on stacking status effects that damage at the start of enemy turn.It can be nice chip damage, but some of the bosses you'd want to stack debuffs on clear them on phase transition, or on cooldown like pyrophina's roar.

Now that I've fully learned how Johnny works and mastered the fight, I have to say that he is one of the best designed boss fights in the game. Just extremely clever. Though I do wish he didn't have mind control. Ed relies way too much on charm effects.
