I've recently been cancer farming to get some of the better mutations.Before i was content to simply accept the ones i already had but i realized some of them let you reroll class skills which i feel certaint classes like necromancer or tinker would really be able to benfit from. so i used the side quest item that gives you disorders in order to try to get the coveted cancer which gives mutations but lowers stats. at frist my plan was to have a cancer victim get as many mutations as possbile and hope one of them are good. but the problem is that this lowers charisma which lowers breeding.i had a cat i did this with named terzei, she had a high libido but since i turned her into a hideious monster no one wanted to have sex with her due to negative charisma.so i'll be changing my plan instead of making the cancer victim a tank i'll make them a druid so they will have more charisma. and take charisma from any level up options. I was able to give a high libido cat cancer and increase his charisma thorughout the run to a nice 11. hopefully he will pass it down to some his desendents.

OK, so I have gotten to the point where I am breeding some OP cats and want to be more selective about the traits that get passed on. How do I structure my house better & what pipeline should I use to exterminate the weak and prevent inbreeding? I feel like I always have too many cats in the "royal family" room and they end up creating inbred offspring at some point. Also is a dedicated mutation room even worth it? I have most my health items in there to offset the effects but I feel like they still take forever despite 19 RAD to mutate and it ends up fucking it up sometimes like one mutation that introduced blindness to my house's genepool. Are health items better off spent on increasing life in the royal room than offsetting mutation risk?

I just fought the Shelter boss for the first time and I was really caught off guard by the lyric "worse than a pig-farming Jew". I am educated enough to know what that means and that it is not anti semitic, but nowadays I can't help but really double take when I hear something like pig and Jew in the same sentence, or sometimes even Jew at all. Am I the only one who thinks Mage is a little undertuned? The line of sight rule feels unforgiving for a basic attack that already doesn't scale well with its damage stat. Many of the abilities particularly the math abilities and mana management feel annoying and/or niche and dependent on your other level up rolls.It feels like when I get clear synergies on my mage, it finally feels like the mage is carrying its own weight. Where as strong synergies on other classes are game-winning in themselves. Or fuck, even just single spells. Necromancer's surrounding leech spawn and Reanimate are both run-defining. I pretty much never feel this happen with Mage.

Can someone explain to me how to use throw abilities (ex: throw meat on ground)? To me that seem nearly completely useless. You throw it on the ground and sometimes can't even reach it with your own movement ability; or if you can it's not in a position you want to be in. Yes, I know you control the throw, but you are limited to where you can throw it, how you can reach it, if your other units can reach it, and so on. Why would I use up my mana or moves to use this ability when it will take me a full extra turn to even grab it? Maybe even more turns because your enemy might displace you, block you, etc. And even if you can reach it, it's a measly heal of like 4hp when every enemy attack is 5+.
