>He still has 4GB of VRAM in big 2026
>>733746082Yes, I do.What have I missed?are you happy?
>>733746082I've got 4GB of VRAM.I've got a lot more than that, but I've got 4.
>>733746082Why would I need more? Every AAA game released in the last 10 years has been dogshit and indie games run on toasters. Last time I had a GPU die I replaced it with a WEAKER one
>>733746082some of us are poorfags. you don't need to rub it in OP
>>733746082cas
>>733746082I upgraded to 12gb and honestly, I wouldn't have missed out on anything if I stuck with 4gb. At least I can play all my old games at higher resolution and frame rate. The ones that support a higher frame rate over 60fps, anyway.
>>733746230I used to have 4GB of VRAM.I still do. But I used to too.
>>733746082what's crazy is if you look up say a GTX 1650 on Amazon there are still some for sale for around $200 and some for even more. And when you go into reviews you'll still find some from the past couple months, like people are still buying them wtf.just weird desu
>>733747004A lot of people don't need more. If you only play old games, why buy a higher end card? It isn't necessary.
Name me one great game out right now that needs more than 4 GB VRAM
>>733746082oh pleaseI have 6
>>733746082This was almost the case but I upgraded from a 1050ti to a 2080ti at the end of last year. Feels good
>>733747765>1050tiI put two of those in my parents' computers because it was the only one they could afford. Video card prices got insane.
>>733746082I luv my gayming laptop
>>733747842To be fair, I got a lot of use out of it for only 150 bucks when they launched. Vulkan was a big help when available. Card prices did get pretty nutso though absolutely. I think I did a good job getting my 2080ti at 300 bucks? Haven't had any issues with it.
>>733746082Genuinely what do I need more for
I have 18GB
>>733746082>i5-2500k >8gbs DDR3 >GTX 970 4GBYou literally do not need more then this. anything else is just retards irresponsible with their money cope
>>733749509>GTX 970>4GB
>>733746827This is mostly it, I guess. It's nice not having to rely on potato settings for a chance.
>>7337460823GB actually
>>733746082they are missing nothing, games that are worth playing don't use more than 4GB of VRAM
>>733749509>You literally do not need more then this. anything else is just retards irresponsible with their money copeMy 8600G outperforms that at a third power at load and half at idle, plus it has native NVME support and 2.5G network (plus I installed a 10G card for my NAS).
