>>733753018I personally find base Rise to be the second worst "modern" MH game. Used to be the worst to me, but then Wilds came along. Rise has some mandatory tower defense-esk sections that soured my entire opinion on the base game. The expansion, Sunbreak, is much better in pretty much every way though and a large part of that was because they outright abandoned the tower defense quests.

>>733753018Savor every moment of this game like a fine wine OP. Once you start getting your gear and realize what builds you like you'll be hooked. I say the real fun doesn't start until you get into Sunbreak with the harder monsters but this is a great start to sink your teeth into.

Rise was the last good mh and also 30gb big unlike world(50gb without high res) and wilds(118gb without high res)

Meanwhile Milds...well you get performance patches that gut the visuals and textures to be lower than Rise for 5-10 average fps on mid tier or lower hardware.
