Do you mod your games, /v/? If so, do you mod them on your first playthrough or on subsequent playthroughs only?
if a game has bullshit in it that I don't find fun, I usually check if there's a mod that fixes it
>>733755017>game is a decent PC port with no issuesI don't mod it.>game has a shitty PC portI will mod it first run with only the major bug fix/non-shitification mods.>game is from BethesdaI mod it immediately but only with bug fix patches.
If it's a game that you can sink hundreds of hours into or needs fan created bug fixes to fully enjoy. Usually those two go hand in hand with the same games.
Isn't vortex what took NMM's place since it's outdated as fuck
Having used both Vortex and MO2 for hundred of hours each, they're largely the same, and each has their own minor pros and cons. People that think MO2 is clearly superior are huffing their own farts. And yes, I generally mod my games the first time through. If I'm only going to play a game once, I'm going to play the best version of it.
>>733755017Generally, I wait until I'm done the story to look for mods. If I used mods just to finish it, the devs must've fucked up bad.
>>733755017i drag and drop by hand like God intended
>>733755017>Do you mod your games, /v/?Of course>do you mod them on your first playthroughOnly bug fixes and editing certain files if the game uses hideous cinetrash filters with no menu options to disable them.
>>733757295I've only used MO2 a bit but Vortex is actually pretty awesome, it's just unfortunate that the people at nexus are such massive fucking fags about everything
I only use wrye bash
Only to remove crosshairs if there's no native option
>>733755017Israel wants you to mod gamesThink about that next you open up your mod manager. Would modding this game support the Jews?
