Not really a remaster, they just updated the system to work with modern multicore systems. Honestly worth it for getting ultimate apocalypse mod to perform better.

depends on what youre looking to get out of it.
if your pc already ran everything you wanted well, no real need to get it.
if you want it for the megamods to run better, it's good for that.
