>>7337604948/10Spooky atmosphere great music. Is not piss easy.It felt quite immersive for its time.I played it like year after release.
>>7337604942/10
>>733760561Damnnnnn unc
>>7337604947/10 solid game, lot of neat little details, needs some foreknowledge, and psi is awesome
I didn't like it as much as I thought I would, I got to the cargo hold and got bored. 4/10, prey was better.
>>7337604948/10It's fun and immersive with a good story. Graphics are rather dated now but whatever, you can handle it.
>>733760494It's the dragon quest to final fantasy and Chrono trigger.
10/10Has that Dark Engine jank at times and some undercooked systems but the game is fucking great even today.
Now I have to go play it again.
8/10. Ending kinda sucks and it lost a lot of the fun of the first game
>>7337604949/10Only bad parts are at the end and the multiplayer not working.
>>7337604949/10 for the Von Braun itself.6/10 from the Rickenbacker onwards.
>>733761303I like the Rickenbacker for the most part but the Von Braun is in a whole different league of quality. Peak atmosphere.
8/10Body of the Many can go fuck itself but otherwise, it's pretty good.
3/5. I'm a Thief fag and I love the engine and sound, but I never got spooked as much as others people seem to and spent more time running around the levels than feeling the atmosphere. I can't help but think of mini-games and optimization and my "build" when I play instead of playing naturally and vibing with it. Also I like SS1 more.
9/10half the things you can spend upgrade points on are useless and the last 3 hours of the game are trash but it's still fantastic
>>7337604948/10the atmosphere (especially provided by the music) is top-tier
>>733763203actually, make that a 9/10.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6PF11X1jQI
7/10 and it's a good 7 not the usual one where 7 means mediocre and everything below it is irredimable trash.I like the first one more for variety of reasons.
>>733760494I just finished it a few nights ago and now desperately need a similar game to it.
>>733765127Prey (2017)
>>733765127Bioshock is its spiritual successor.
>>7337604948/10played it for the first time like a month ago
>>733765291Played it and didn't get the appeal, maybe it's the lack of SS2's body horror or how much (Yu) is pivotal to the plot.>>733765379Played Bioshock to death as well, SS2 mogs.
>>7337604941/5. Same as bioshock, which was pretty good.
>>733761303I thought the Rickenbacker had its moments where it shined, like off the top of my head I thought the inverted church was neat when you stop to take it in and whatnot. Also that bit in the bridge right before you go into the escape pod into the BOTM where the upgrade stations are has some creepy music that just stuck with me for some reason, makes it feel atmospheric. https://youtu.be/WMHhYVHVO84
>>7337604947/10Fantastic up until the last section, which was rushed. Just like Half-Life.Also, some builds are broken and others are next to useless. The "plot twist" is spoiled by the cover, marketing and the intro
>>73376049410/10Great atmosphere, enough build variety for a few full playthroughs, and even playing it again I constantly feel like I'm looking forward to the next part.
It's somewhere between 5/10 and 9/10 depending on how much bad combat mechanics and plethora of useless skills to avoid bother you.Personally as I've grown to understand its structure better I began to appreciate it more than Deus Ex.
>>7337604948/10. Second half can be a bit of a slog. The first game is 10/10 for me however.
>>733760494I played the original. I thought it was 7 out of 10 at the time. I liked the sequel, although I still had my gripes with certain game mechanic choices. 8 out of 10.
>>7337604949/10 gameplay isnt perfect and the ending feels rushed, but overall its still an outstanding horror games. The audiologs are peak kino
>>733760494Nah
>>733760494I like it a lot, but I want to do a remake that marginally improves the graphics while adding in multiple alternative routes the ship.
It's a solid 7.5/10. Falls apart a bit towards the end, but it has some fun ideas.
>>733765127Cruelty Squad is fun, although it's closer to Deus Ex.
>>733760494I love how you start off weak and ineffectual, but by the end you're some cybernetic god and The Many are actually throwing everything they have at you out of desperation.
>>733771837nah
9/10with the biggest issue being that your PSI powers get cancelled with loading screens, which is really immersion breaking
10/10. My favorite game of all time. That said, unlike movies games cannot be perfect. There's always at least one annoying bullshit section in a game and in SS2 it's the cargo bays in Engineering and the retarded egg hunt in Rickenbacker.
>>7337604949.9/10No other game has ever given me that many nightmares as a child.I used to be so afraid of SHODAN, nowadays I want to fix and marry her.
>A worm crawled up my a--
>>733774770The garden music in Recreation is probably the scariest thing I heard in a videogame.
>>733774945its made of worms, it even fires worms but it stings like you wouldnt believe
BUMPKeep talking about this game please.
8/10, pretty fun and the while the game balance isn’t great it does a fantastic job feeling like survival horror your first time playing.

I prefer SHODAN in SS1 better
Why does it seems like Sh0dan wants to fuck the MC in the trailer of the canceled sequel? Did getting defeated by humans twice gave her some new perspective Also possessing one?
>>73376049410/10It doesn't feel janky to me except for the attack animations, every animation in the game feels "slow", the other part that I kind of dislike is that by the end of the game every build feels the same. But I loved the game, played it like 6 times in my life, everytime had fun, love the music and atmosphere too.
>>733765127I installed Sonar Shock but not played it yet because having "Shock" in the name makes me think it's not a "real" game but just a copy&paste. I'm finishing another game and will try it next.
