It's a new version not compatible with mods yet. The only reason you would want to play the PC version is with mods. Otherwise you can just emulate the PS1 version with CRT filters if you're that autistic.The files are largely the same so all that needs to be done is just port the mods over. The issue is a lot of mods are old as shit with the content creator completely absent.
