She's by far the worst but she enables triangle attack so she's arguably worth using in some scenarios.
In FE2 triangle attack has a nice damage bonus.
And in FE12 it's easy to use it to train Est on H3 and you can promote her to falcoknight, which has some niche uses. But I'm not convinced she's worthwhile on H3. You have enough units that can reclass to sniper or swordmaster, better to focus your efforts on a horseman.
