Take what I say with a grain of salt too, I'm not any better than you are. Also sorry for the autism kek. First off, your colors are really good. I can't find any fault. Not like it's exactly my domain, but great job there. The two real issues I would say that are present are in relation to the head. Her head is slightly downcast and also slightly turned to the right, but her head's position on the neck and her hair vents don't reflect that. Her head should be a little more to the right (our left) to reflect the slight turn and her vents should be fairly flattened because you can see the top of her head, so they shouldn't seem to jut out as much. Due to those two issues, her head looks stiff because it looks like she's tucking her chin and the vents look like they're turning further to the right than she is. Also the pupils aren't aligned and are looking in different directions. I fuck that up all the time myself lol. In terms of smaller non-issues, her cheek jutting out as far as it does kind of makes it look like she's turning further than her face is. That isn't wrong and looks fine, especially with the above fixes, but you don't have to jut that cheek out if you don't want to. I feel the eyes are maybe a bit too large, but just like the other point, it's not a problem, just making sure that's the style you're going for. I have 3 "versions" in my image. The first one is one where I applied the fixes directly to the image. The second is one where I redrew the face to have a flatter cheek and smaller eyes. And then the last one is one where I turned the face more, in case that's what your intent was. Doing timed figure drawing is the best way to get better at putting a figure in space and then yeah learning anatomy is a big way to put details on correctly. I use 3d humans for learning, but for applying I usually do that hand in hand with looking at artists I like and how they do it.

Pick out a few of the heads you like from one artist and try copying those. Tracing is seriously useful here too. There are a lot of times you'll think a line is curved, but in reality it's totally straight. Happens to me all the time. Tracing and copying helps improve your perception, which will help out a ton with fixing your own mistakes later. Keep up the great drawings, anon. That Kay was very cute.
