>>734271521This game was ahead of it's time with it's gameplay and co-op mechanics. If it came out today it would have been way more successful. The arena mode was insanely fun as well and a sad reminder of the amount of content these games used to have back then. It reminds me of time splitters in that aspect.

>>734271521No, Capcom is fully committed to being a slop factory and has been for a few years now. Interesting series like Lost Planet, Dead Rising, and Dragon's Dogma aren't coming back. If anything, seeing how DR and DD went, it's not a bad thing they've forgotten about LP.What you will get is a lot more of their slop series like Resident Evil and Monster Hunter. They've already turned RE into their ideal cash cow: no effort, no risks, just the same generic shooter slop that they can churn out every few years.
