Buzz is even worse; he doesn't even have an arc in 2 and is just there because "you can't have a Toy Story without Buzz, and he has to think he's not a toy at some point so you need to either shoehorn in amnesia or a fresh toy somehow," a problem you see again in 3 and 4. All Toy Stories after 1 are bad.
