But the major issue i encountered was being 5'11 means the headrest didn't work for me and i had it sell it off second hand as soon as i bought it. The headrest adjustability gets an F rating if you're too tall for it, literally unusable. I'm getting a Herman Miller Embody in a couple of days so hopefully that will just be a better fit for me. But that seat pan on the CXO is so damn comfortable that i don't think you can find anything else in the high end ergonomic chair market that replicates it. Good quality materials and good builty quality in general. Probably comparable to an Aeron in some ways except WAY more comfortable. I don't understand why they just didn't make a Size A and Size B sort of thing. Perhaps because the lowered frame of the chair is intentional or something. But it could be solved if that headrest wasn't so static in it's position.
