I thought the DS and PSP were both pretty great and had a roughly equal library. No other portable machine ever had a library as good as either of them. The 3ds and vita were both shit with no games. The GBA had very few games worth playing and the same with the Gameboy and Gameboy Color. The Switch had no games either. So really the DS and PSP were miles ahead of the library for any other portable machines.
