eternal reminder that adventure is not tied to genre or setting, ie it doesn't exclusively need dragons and swords or to be an open-world RPG
DKC or RE4 or fucking Scrimblo Bimblo: The Wonderful Gumpo can feel like an adventure so long as it has a strong beginning, middle and end and draws you into its world
that said, recently I found Northern Journey and Ashes 2063 to give that adventuran feel, the former more than the latter but they're still both great
