I wonder if I should play the whole Kingdom Hearts series again. I haven't played KH2 in over 15 years. And I've never played CoM, BBS, 358/2 Days, or DDD at all.

Yeah. KH3 was pretty bad. I remember when I played KH2 as a middle-schooler I used to always save the Drive forms for an emergency that never came. I'm thinking now it sounds like fun to reply it for the first time in close to 20 years and spam the fuck of all Drive forms, all the time.

It was definitely pretty. I liked some of the gameplay changes, although it was way too easy and I hated that they took out Drive forms and reaction commands.

But the story was so bad. Nothing happens for 85% of it, then in 5 minutes Aqua is back, Roxus is back, Xion is back, Terra is back. And every time it's supposed to be this grand emotional climax. Just bleh. And yeah, I know Kingdom Hearts has always kind of been like this. But it's just gotten sloppy to the point where it's hard to care about anything.

I think they've just got way too many characters with essentially the same powers, the same personality, and the same goals, and they just don't know what to do with all of them.
