You WILL choose Gecqua as your starter, right?
I know a staggering amount of Pokemon names are just portmanteau of thing+thing, but "Gecqua" feels like a particularly egregious new low for how little effort they're putting into the new ones.
It's my favorite design, but I have a whole ocean of water types to choose from.

Originally I didn't care for any of the starters but after seeing fanart that completely changed how the design looked, I'll admit that they're growing on me and I'm going to preorder both versions on day 1
