Is it worth it?

>dust has settledIt's not even a year old.
dust never really settles. it is contant force in the universe. never ending cycle of falling, stilling and re-settling
>>735040993Depends on who you are. To me, having three games I like per year is satisfactory. I like Donkey Kong, Pokopia, and Air Riders. The rest I don't care about. If the second year, and the years after that, also gives me at least two-three good games, I'll be happy. If this console is around for 8 years, I'll have had 20-ish games I enjoyed.

>>735040993Pokopia is the first system seller, but it's not enough for me yet.
>>735040993Never will
>>735040993If you crave spinoffs and/or didn't own a Switch 1 - yes. Otherwise, I've not been greatly enthused with the Switch 2 so far, nor the awful first-party news cycle it's had.
>>735040993Bought it second-hand off a friend that barely used it, for a pretty low price. I'd have felt buyer's remorse otherwise. It even fails as a Switch Pro, which is what I'm basically using it as, since most games either don't make use of the increased power, or actively look worse due to stretching to a wider screen. I was really looking forward to the XCX upgrade and they not only made it paid, but it actually looks worse than on the base Switch.
