2nd person is where you control your character, but the camera is swapped to a teammate. You can do this in the original rainbow six because that allows swapping to your team mates perspective to see what theyre up to, but your not controlling them, just swapping the camera.

Another example would be playing something like GoldenEye multiplayer by yourself and using both controllers to make the characters be on both screens while you fuck around

I remember in Trasher Skate and Destroy when you beat a level the cops chase after you and the perspective changes to the cops point of view while he chases you so you gotta skate away as you're watching yourself from the cops eyes.
