I asked for a guide for the water temple to help me find my way but I don't understand what I have to do to find the 3 keys on Step 4.

If you look at the map it should be logical where you have to go. The part where most people get stuck is having to change the water level a certain way to reach one of the keys, as long as you know you can't get softlocked you'll figure it out.
