>>735059352Blackflame for me. I liked the basis of Blackflame in DS3 more than ER’s, though. Like in ER blackflame is a watered down incomplete version of Destined Death while in DS3, it’s based on humanity and the abyss. Also I like the minute design difference present in DS3 more, where the center is black while the outside is white. However, blackflame stuff is way more fun in Elden Ring. A lot of my DS3 love of black flame also came from how Blackflame Friede was a really cool boss design wise. Second place would be Ghostflame.

>>735060687Like all the different variations of the major spell types. Lightning doesn’t have many but the yellow lightning stuff is cooler than the dragon stuff, especially with the dlc. Death lightning would be awesome if it had more going for it, though.I feel like the basic glintstone sorceries are the lamest of them all. Like every time I see someone use them I think “they’re a carian pawn” or something like that. Carian blue looks a lot more powerful and I’m glad the DLC lets you coat weapons in that. I also like Messmer’s flame a lot, because it’s kinda like the basic flame but with some flourishes that take it to the next level.
