Are enemy missiles supposed to be perfectly accurate death machines that track you to the ends of the earth in 3 (JP with fan TL)? By the end I was playing to avoid having any fired at me at all rather than trying (and failing) to avoid them. I don't have this issue in any of the other games in the series.
