Repair it and use it until you unlock saw-off and hunting shotgun or you can simply stealth kill one of guards in Gamorrah and get riot shotgun. Leveling in FNV is also piss easy. You can easily rush to level 6 to get Shotgun Surgeon along with Cowboy perks, and get all implants in clinic without any problems.Normal buckshots are ass against armored enemies, but slugs, pulse ammo, and magnum rounds even things out. Pair that with at least 8 luck (crits), at least 7 agility (for faster reloads and more points in guns skill), 1st recon beret, Finesse perk, Shotgun Surgeon perk, Better Criticals perk, and And Stay Back perk, and you're set.You have to be absolute moron to suck at building characters in FNV.
