RE8 was present-day 2021, and Shadows takes place 16 years later in 2037, well after everything in RE9 which occurs in present-day 2026. It's more of a coda to the story of RE7/8 and Ethan's character than an actual continuation of the RE universe as a whole. I wouldn't be surprised if the Mold is mentioned in RE10, but it's probably safe to say Ethan blowing up the megamycete was the end of the Mold story. Just like how Las Plagas was self-contained within RE4 and RE5.

RE5 lets you enact more of the TND copypasta than any game before or since. I like to put Chris in the Safari or Heavy Metal Costume and Sheva in the Business or Tribal outfits.
