ps5 has good 60 fps support generally but CPU heavy games always suffer, there just aren't a lot of games that take that much cpu power.if ps6 for once ships with a decent cpu i think every game will offer 60 fps.

I always found ti funny how the PS5 pro is essentially taking your old budget supermarket PC and shoving a rtx 3070 in to it.Its bottle-necked as hell. Literally any game that is not 90% graphics struggles hard to work on it.Its one of the reasons why so many people on PC also call any game not working at 60 fps on their 10 year old pc whit like a 4 core I5 6600 or a 6 core at best and a 1 year old RTX 5070 badly optimized.
