Is the switch 2 Resident Evil 7, Village and Requiem bundle worth? Anyone tried them here? I only played Village and had fun , and apparently Requiem is very acclaimed, just want to know if anyone actually bought this bundle and how it runs, this is all 160$ mind you, currently for 90$. Appreciate the replies.
>>735079032They all run really well, the worst one is Village but it still runs okimo they're worth it, there are differences from the ps/pc versions but they're surprisingly little noticeable
>>735079189This is nice, so what differences are there besides the graphics and brightness? Might grab it before the deal ends
>>735079032To put it into pwrspective the bundle includes:Re 7 and all its dlcsRe 7.5: Village and all its dlcsRe8: Requiem (and if interested in Requiem dlcs that would be like 17$ USD)
>>735079032bumping for more perspectives
>>735079032RE7 runs the best almost 60 lockedRE8 runs ok, some big fights and mercs mode chug a bit.RE9 needs a 30 fps optional lock ASAP.
Is this available on cartridge?
>>735084573Yes, game key though
>>735079032It's basically>Resident Evil 7 Gold Edition (with all the previous DLCs)>Resident Evil 8 Gold Edition (with all the previous DLCs)>Resident Evil 9 Requiem (only the standard edition though but I assume whatever new content Capcom is planning will be sold separately regardless)All of them are pretty good ports on Switch 2 in the sense you won't notice much a difference compared to other platforms outside of the framerate itself, which fluctuate at worst in the low ~ high 30s in Requiem (high 40s in Village) since they're capped otherwise to 60fps. Capcom also released a recent patch for Requiem on Switch 2 which fixed the hair textures.I would say the bundle itself is definitely worth it since Requiem alone is too expensive for what is essentially a 13-hours title with little incentive to replay, besides unlocking the Insane difficulty.
>>735080830How is it? I'm a bit peeved I couldn't get requiem deluxe for my ps5, but my gamestop still has the generation bundle in stock. I'd figure all these games ran well on there
>>735087954It's all over the place, it can hit 60 on some corridors but it can lower than 30 on some sections like the bar lounge in the care center, the church fight with leon or any combat scenario in Raccoon, basically once you reach the city you won't see the 60 fps mark ever again.
