Why are uncs so stupid?

This thread seems like bait but honestly upgrading to a wireless mice and wireless headset was the best thing I did in the past few years. Batteries last for weeks, you have charging docks and it has less latency than wired.

for what reason would i ever switch to wireless mouse or headphones or keybaord or monitor or gaming chair
>>
I care about audio quality
>>
I simply never ever EVERRRRR want to worry about some random alert telling me my headphones are only at 90% charge.
>just charge it every night
batteries degrade over time. eventually, they will not hold a charge long enough to survive a gaming session without the alert. this is unacceptable
>>
>>735120713
I only have to charge my headphone once every two weeks (I use them 10 hours per day)

When at 10% battery (so still over 1 day of use left) I get a literally 2 seconds long warning saying "low battery", that's all

Compare that to dealing with fucking wires. I'll choose wireless anyday.

>muh degrading batteries
Haven't been a problem to me in 5+ years.
>>
>>735120595
I use focal mgs
Also, stop using negro babble
>>
>>735120595
which wireless headphones do audio engineers use exactly?
>>
>>735120821
Don't bluetooth headphones like that still have a delay unless you use aptx adaptive which in turn randomly destroys your audio quality?
>>
>>735120673
Unless you have autism about cables brushing against you there is literally no reason to go full wireless in a home setup.

The best headphones and mice are wired.

I think like 80% of pros use hyperx
>inb4 fat nerd wants studio quality for bing bing wahoo hobbies
You know studio headsets are not better than consumer grade, right? They just have a different audio profile

I have a pair of Sony WH-CH520 wireless headphones. I can't make music in Ableton with them because the Bluetooth signal's latency is too high, so I have to use my wired headphones.
>>
>>735120913
>>735120982
Yes, this is why you dont use bluetooth, you use 2.4ghz
>>
>>735120948
Not going to argue with you, if you think those sound good I'm happy for you. Just never listen to real headphones, if you do you'll never want to go back.

>best mice are wired
Nah wireless mice have been better for a while now

Headphones are for children who live with their parents.
>>
>>735121145
I used wired tho
>>
My 15 year old headphones still work good and have zero issues
shan't be buying another pair unless necessary
>>
>>735120595
>he thinks wireless headphones can transfer enough data to have both good sound and less than 20 nanoseconds of latency without interference or connection error
you simply have no clue what you are talking about and are a victim to marketing. I don't care if you enjoy your purchase but you have no need to misinform as many people as you can to feel justified in your choice
>>
>>735120595
wireless headphones are heavier
enjoy your dent
>>
i got wireless headphones so i can piss while on mic

I got new Bluetooth buds last week. I was surprised how good the latency in gaming mode has gotten recently. I honestly could not tell there was lag.

That's once every two weeks too often.

my fucking face when

>wireless
>bluetooth
>100+ms delay
no thx
>wireless
>2.4 GHz
>~5ms delay
really good
>wired
> below 1ms delay
perfect

I tried surround sound for pvp gaming and I didn't like it, it's amazing in single player but it doesn't have the same precision as headphones.
>>
why'd you make a thread just so you can use your shitty fotm buzzword
goddamn i hate you faggots
