The scene is very, very similar to the -actual- theatrical play that depicts the uh...bad guy (it's a long story) getting infected with a curse in a similar fashion. It's all played out in a similar fashion where it makes sense.It obviously makes less sense in what amounts to a summary trial in the enclave, but the whole game is built more like a play.
