Games you used to like but don't anymore?
>>735132234Agreed. I recently played the remaster and while its now a very pretty walking sim the combat is utter shit. Its also a lot emptier than i remember
>>735132234Very definition of rose-tinted glasses. I love when a game punishes you for leveling up, lol. Adaptive difficulty is a shit mechanic.
>>735132234>Oblivion was released 30 years ago
>>735132234never liked it, felt like a mishmashed junk of poorly thought out ideas.i always liked morrowind and skyrim more
>>735132497>I love when a game punishes you for leveling up, lol.It only punishes you if you don't min-max.Autistic chads never had a problem with Oblivion, quite the opposite.
>>735132497>rose-tinted glassesNot necessarily because with games you can always revisit them. Honestly most games hold up for me. There are a select few that catastrophically fail to hold up and I wonder why I ever liked them in the first place.
>>735132234A lot of remasters are like this. I loved Spyro when i was a kid. I thought I'd try the remaster and it didnt feel comfy at all
>>735132497Also, your line of reasoning is why RPGs are shit now and we get schlock like Fallout 4 and Skyrim. Your choices literally don't matter since you can max out everything, but hey, at least you're not being punished for making the wrong decisions, right?Fucking retarded, knuckle dragging shitheels like you ruined my genre.

I played every questline, generally made a new character for each one. I remember adding up the time on each characters newest save and determining id played 300 hours of Oblivion in 06/07.Played the absolute shit out of Oblivion, haven't bothered to ever revisit it because there simply wouldn't be anything else to do in it, maybe some more random exploration of the shivering Isles map.Great game. A jeet remaster with ai slop filter doesn't retroactively ruin my wonderful times 20 years ago
>>735132234I'll always have a soft spot for Oblivion. It was the first Bethesda game I played in earnest back when it released, adored most of the questlines outside of the main quest and some of the music tracks start surfacing on the top of my head randomly to this day. That said it has a worse setting than Morrowind and a worse world to explore than Skyrim with basically nothing going on in the background of the setting (at least Skyrim had red vs blue). It's also a total bitch to run nicely on my computer even though plenty of older games handle just fine and I don't have the stomach to buy the dogshit looking remaster.
>>735132234
>>735132551the game got harder if you didn't min-maxanother nostalgia faggot who doesn't know how his own game works
>>735132534I don’t like any TES anymore honestly. Sandbox games in general are less appealing to me now.
>>735133012Simplistic and repetitive gameplay propped up by moderate challenge.Once you’ve mastered the challenge it’s basically kaput.
Is Skyblivion out yet?
>>735132551I'm autistic, but the kind where I won't use any gear or skills that don't match my vision for the character.
>>735132234I will always love Oblivion
