Throwing is so fun. It annoys me how despite being well represented in fighting games, it gets ignored in the vast majority of action games.

Nero DMC games are pretty okay reps for that concept.

No More Heroes leans well into grapples visually, but only as combo finishers, hard to really count it but it's there.

Any Beat em Up with a Haggar clone, or just Final Fight in general are pretty safe with that.
(I recommend FightnRage)

Tiger Stance in Yakuza 0 and Kiwami 1 are fun.

Honorable mention to Dynamite Deka/Dynamite Cop which has the craziest grapple animations in a beat em up.
