Unironically a hard choice for me, I guess Morrowind because I find it way more replayable

Subjectively Fable
Objectively Morrowind.

The only people who enjoy morrowind cant play the game without cheesing/ cheating/ playing the game in an unintended way.

I got both. Ended up exploiting mechanics in both, but had more fun in fable with its charm and aestheics more than morrowind.
Leveling up in both was a grind. I had to spam the mouse button for about 2 hours to punch that guy that tricks with with an ugly mustache just so I can get the combat multiplier up to 200 and pop potions to max out my stats early on in fable. (Autoclicker didn't work).

10/10 games, would never want to replay either again.

Fable is more fun, but Morrowind has far, far, far more replay value so I would have to choose Morrowind.
