I failed my speech check lol
>>735349282the hell is this, some AI dialogue mod?
>>735349282I wrote my own story using skyrimnet about a vampire uprising in skyrim. I have a little party of vigilants who are trying to push back against the riding threat. We stumbled across a forbidden artifact that must be destroyed and the quickest way back to the hall of the vigilants is through the reach. The only problem is the constant attacks by the forsworn. The forsworn swarm the hills of the reach and only get more numerous as night goes on, so I asked if we could bed down for the evening inside the storm cloak walls. It didnt go so well
>>735349653Yes. I found a way to rewrite the vanilla stories and characters. This is my own that ive been working on for a few weeks now. >>735349282It seems he took some form of pitty on me when I told him my blood is on my hands. He let us stay outside the walls, which was enough to keep the forsworn at bay
>>735349821Huh, that's actually kinda fucking cool
>>735349653Im the aiwaifu guy from a few weeks ago. I havent posted much because ive been busy setting up a new story
>>735349867Its pretty awesome. It certainly helps play a character that isnt involved in the main story line. Ive spent a few weeks writing this and last time I counted, I was at about 30 standard pages lolI didnt like any of the followers because their stories wouldnt work, so I made my own! I rewrote gore entirely and added a lot to lucien
Its really easy to set up. Chim and mantella have a long process of WSL and other shit, which once you get going is pretty nice. CHIM uses A LOT of memory to run though and I wouldnt recommend using anything less that 64gb. Skyrim net doesnt, its installed like any other mod and comes with a nice web interface to manage. The only thing I dont like is that I have to run the game to access the interface, but its not a big deal
>>735349821Remarkable autism.
>>735350603I'm reading into this and I am wondering, does it HAVE to use an OpenAI key or can I run it with a local model on my PC?
If anyone is curious about using it and needs help setting it up, ill be around for most of the day. You can run this locally so pricing isnt an issue, uve ran it at about $50 a month using open router + vastai, now im generating my own voices on my gpu and ive built another computer to see if I can run a model locally for this.
>>735350721Lol thanks. With great autism comes great fun. I read that on an uncle Ben's ice cream container once, I think
>>735350726See>>735350738 You can run local, im going to set that up over the next few weeks. Im currently running voices local. The next step is to get everything local
I had to stop using CHIM because I was getting addicted, it's really fucking good.
>>735351114No kidding. Its a lot of fun to play with. Its hard for me to play a normal game now, the only other thing ive used recently is re9
I might undesuoically try this when Skyblivion drops for filler quests or maybe rewriting an actually good main quest. How much VRAM do I need to run a good enough local version? Also does it do everything on the fly or does it save some information to keep track of to make more sense?
>>735351792For local, it depends entirely on the model you use, smaller parameters need less vram and higher need more. I wants to say that 12b uses around 16gb of vram to run. Im using a 12b now and I offset the model limitations by giving it a shit load of background info lol. The higher parameter ones seem to be better with less, while the lower models need more. >save everything on the flyAs in does it remember things? It does, it has a memory section, dynamic updates, and a diary system for longer memory stoage
>>735352046Sounds really comfy then.Current card is 16GB, was thinking of getting a new one, could probably build a PC for it>needs 64GB RAM>have only 32GB>mfw RAM pricesIf only normies weren't normies so AI couldn't kill personal computers and usher in cloud era.
>>735352398Yeah it sucks. But, they need to generate homo erotica pictures and stupid cat videos, and we have to suffer for it. We could fix all of the issues surrounding AI by creating a minimum IQ prerequisite for use. Thankfully it still scares a way a large portion kf normies, just go check reddit lol
>>735349282How do you add AI to this game? Is it paid or free? Is it uncensored? Also Which version is the best for this?
>>735352997BTW the *TEXT* tells the system this is a narration, so it uses a different voice. I use it to describe certain things to the characters. There is a custom ebony bow in there so I have to justify finding it lol Last night we found a glass mace, which is super rare now that ive installed mods that eliminate about 95% of those types of weapons from the level list. Well the party became extremely suspicious about it lol. I ended up having to write a paragraph about some unrelated broke down cart outside the bandit camp.
>>735349282holy fuck i wish the dialogue looked like this visually in skyrim. the morrowind/classic CRPG style. its so mindnumbingly slow in skyrim where you just trade one slow ass sentence back and forth to one another. is there a mod that changes the dialogue system to be more like this in skyrim?
where to download this?
>>735353159
>>735353271Skyrim net. If I wanted to, I could play the entire game without vanilla voices lol. It recieves vanilla text, I have it set to interject during dialogue events, that way I can play the character a little better. Ive ran into all sorts of "speech checks" using this. Sometimes I can get free stuff from merchants if I do favors for them. The system can create quests for you, some of them are kinda fun. I had a khajit in ivarstead tweaking out about is autism one time. He had to know the exact step count up the mountain. I told him it was probably 1000, not 7k. He didnt believe me so we made a bet, I told him to meet me at the first step at dawn. This is when I first used skyrim net, so I didnt expect him to be there. Well no shit, he was there at dawn. It ended up being around 752 steps if I remember correctly lol. There are limitations, for example, if I talk someone in to giving me something they dont have, like a modded armor, I will add it through the console. There is a bit of "pretend" you uave to use for this. But each update is getting better. The LLM has a limited amount of physical control over the characters>>735353357Google skyrim net, it should be the first hit on Google, its a github page
Man I'm going to reinstall this game aren't I.
>>735353784yes
>>735353784Of course. Here is a short exchange at the ruins. Under normal circumstances, you kill 3 ice wraith, grab the treasure and youre off. With this mod, it took about 10 minutes instead of 30 seconds. I find it fun to write what happens and hear their exchanges.
>>735354761I went onto the Skyrim Net github, I don't see CHIM in its dependencies, so I assume I don't need it?
>>735354761Its nice hearing something you've typed out being narrative back to you. I used seranas modded voice for that
>>735354826Chim is another mod like this its a whole different system, as is mantella. You cant run both. Ive used all three and this one is the best of the three, so far. But I havent used chim in 1.5 years. You only need this one and the requirements.
>>735354941Okay great. Time to rebuild my mod list from the ground up.
>>735355079Kek, ill see you in 3 months. >>735354238What armor is this? Ive seen it posted before, but no sauce
Oh, I did manage to get this working with Enderal. I had to use a custom prompt to filter out all the little accent marks to get it to work properly lol. If anyone is interested I can post it
A other interesting thing with this is that it adds to the travel. Hardly ever fast travel, I installed a mod that let's me trot on horse back, so even slower. I can spend an entire evening, 4 or so hours, just traveling to my quest destination lol.
Im going to dump some screenshots now. Its a pain the ass, I have to send them to my phone because my pc is range banded, except the OP Pic, for whatever reason
>>735355206>m.jpgAnonkun...
Here is the forbidden armors location. Its a nice set added by a mod hidden just off screen. There is no quest, I just made it up the bridge a small gap I had in my story. The red head is about to find out her parents were killed when the vamps snatched her up and I needed some filler to move to that point
>>735356203Kek see>>735356157Im phone posting because the my pc is range banned
>>735349282Looks pretty cool, I might try it out after finishing my Nolvus playthrough, I imagine trying to shove this on top of one of these massive modlists would require a massive amount of RAM.
But is it integrated into the gameplay or is it just flavor text?
>>735356396Its super easy, just stick the tip in and see how you like it
>>735356346Yeah jannies deleted a humour thread I was on despite it being fairly benign. They must be butthurt today or something I dunno.
>>735356403100% gameplay. Im playing out a custom story ive written. Ive had vanilla stores evolve into new quests that come from me and the LLM exchanging dialouge. The LLM has limited control over the npcs, so there are actions that can be done. CHIM is more advanced in that regard, but this one does more for storytelling I think. If I had to choose one mod to only use, it would be this one.
>>735356591I think they get paid (nothing) per based post they remove. >Jannies im not evading a ban, i served my time in the no no spot
>>735356629Huh, okay now you've actually got me interestedSo what about the LLM, is it bring your own key type thing? And how much context tokens do you actually need?
>>735349282The fuck is this? Did you hook SillyTavern into Skyrim?
>>735356860Yes, plug in your open router API key in and have fun. Its pay as you go, load up ten bucks, pay attention to the model cost and thats all you need. Ive used the super expensive ones where I burn through $5 a day and ive used free ones/cheap ones where I used 0.10 a day. With that said, I dont believe I have "average" use. My character bios are about 4 pages long each, which is routinely feed to the llm (12-15k tokens each), im writing multiple paragraphs a night, which adds up quick, im using the screenshot thing which feeds pictures to the LLM every few seconds, and so on. If you use the standard formats and character bios that come pregenerated, you wont have nearly as much use. I routinely burn through 1-2million tokens in an evening, which is extremely high. The standard character bio is about 2k or 3k, mine are several times that. Ive had to change settings in order to increase the token usage per prompt to get it to work. I also have my characters set so they speak all the time unprompted
>>735356965Yeah kinda. Ive never used silly tavern but im aware of it
>>735349282Man, this gives me Morrowind vibes. I wish we could have Morrowind's gameplay (plus or minus the accuracy mechanic) with Skyrim's graphics and full VA.
>>735357252Can this be used if I don't really want to do a lot of setup, just give it some cliffnotes of the type of adventure I'd like to have and just let it cook up something?
>LLM's + skyrim are finally good now>tts toof-fuck, i knew i should've sprung for a 2nd 16gb 5060 ti.
>>735349282>>735349743>>735349821That's pretty neat. Was the bed outside of the camp actually there or did the AI just make shit up?
>>735357536I bought a 5090 before the prices surged, and now I'm seeing this thread a few months later. It's a sign.
>>735357252>tfw i only have about 10k context
>>735356629>Im playing out a custom story ive written. How does that work? I'm in the SN discord so I'm pretty familiar with it but I haven't heard about custom stories
>>735357913honestly the microsecond the 5090 ti is back to ""msrp"" i'm going for it, monthly payments and all. i genuinely believe we're in the final era of personal computing. anyway have fun gooning to the greatest erotica ever created at 120fps 4k in whatever goon cave you choose to fuck your followers in
>>735358216>i genuinely believe we're in the final era of personal computing. It's a grim thought but it's not unlikely.
>>735357515Yep. Once you install it and set thr key, you can play immediately. You do not need to write anything, just configure the interface with vastAI or generate it on your own. You can install this and have it working in game in about 10 minutes.
>>735357664Yes, it takes screenshots and can see what the player sees. Now, it will make some shit up every now and then, but thats the technical limits of it so far.
>have 16gigs of RAM>game randomly stuttered to shit with SkyrimNet and heavy mod load, had to uninstall itFuck my nigger life
>>735358091Ive rewritten the characters I am using to focus on my story instead of the standard one. Ctrl+a and delete lol
>>735358379I'd do it right now but I'd rather use it on a spare PC. Specs too weak :< I don't want the AI to be retarded
>>735358216Oh yeah, we are at the precipice now. Im halfway convinced 6 will use llms like this, but itll be a subscription service linked directly to Todd's bank accountIm cutting some footage right now, ill upload it unedited to YouTube
>>735358504Right I see. Do you not have issues where the LLM's know all about Skyrim by themselves to bring up vanilla story points?
>>735358510It isnt retarded, but it will lose the context quicker and sounds more generic
>>735358685Yes and no. This mod uses a series of prompts that tell the LLM very specifically not to spoil shit and what not. Ive added a few of my own tweaks to help it out. They are instructed to look at memories, past dialouge, etc. to form their outputs.
>>735358854This has Sexlab and Ostim integration right? Have you used them at all?
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=00uQXq8r92YHere, this demonstrates the llms, the typing interface, a bit of the formatting, and I toggle on my fps so you guys can see how the performance looks when generating voices. Im running this on a 5080
>>735359243Yeah you can do all that. I know it has some integration for ostim based on the change notes. The guys over at CHIM have a spreadsheet that lists a lot of models and which ones that will role-playing like that.
>>735359295>*anon faps almost silently in the background*Seriously was that the horse stomping the ground or something?
>>735359295besides the sloppiness of the tts, thats honestly not bad at all.fuck now i wanna reinstall at least for the llm part and just go without the tts..
>>735359295I didnt include the actual armor in the video, but here it is if anyone was curious
>>735359295This is neat. Could I turn off the narrator?
>>735359505>>735359373>>735359295>>735359243>>735358854Imagine you are playing as some petite QT Nord girl and then suddenly a pack of big hung Redguards and Orcs surround you and they start asking you what you are doing alone in the woods at this time and that if they had their way with you no one would ever know. WWYD bros?
>>735357252What model do you use in openrouter? I wouldn't mind something as long as its fast, reliable, and doesn't forget stuff all the time. I'm miserly and use Nvidia NIM for some stuff, but it isn't known for speed.
>>735359505That was me jerking off. I turned my mic on for that. Kek no that was something in skyrim. >>735359598>>735358510>>735357664>>735357515Keeper carcette has no custom writing. Thats her with the standard pregen bio jist rolling with what im making up. She does get context about whats going on, but I havent done anytbing to her whatsoever. Except making her pretty. But shes gonna get ganked by the vamps here soon anyway
>>735359654Yes, that toggles off. I like having mine on so I can hear what I narrate. You can also switched voices
>>735359846We can tell by the detail you put into everything
>>735359683 ` killall >>735359784Various ones. Hunter alpha was great, it was a test model that was free for about a week. They let it open for public use to train it. So if the new model starts talking about vampires, its because I fed that thing about 20 million tokens of my bullshit hahaHere is whay im using for each one right now and what is used in the video
>>735359982D: I like to be thorough
>>735360135>free LLM on the metaThat's got to work like shit, anon
Fucking based. There's some slop spillage here and there but I'd try it if I wasn't sick of Skyrim.
>>735360279Surprisingly no. Ive got enough written material that im sending it thay it makes up for it. What exactly is the meta? Im still learning about this
>>735360580>What exactly is the meta? Im still learning about thismeta decides among other things who you or another NPC is talking to and prods that NPC to respond.Good LLMs will keep the conversation flowing while bad ones just stops it.I'm enjoying SkyrimNet and all but at the end of the day is mostly just flavor chat for now and it's hard to justify spending like $20 a month on this
>>735360787I swapped it over to a better model. I havent really had any issues using the free ones. Im pretty deliberate when I "talk" to a character
>>735362520I mean if it's working out for you, the less money you spend the better
>>735362629I was using some expensive ones, $50 a month. But ive swapped over to some cheaper/free ones and now im generating voice lines locally, so its pretty cheap now

>>735349282>>735349743>>735349821This is rad, are there any plans to put it in fallout 4?
>>735370006For me? No. Mantella works on f4 though
you gotta integrate the player's microphone into this with some speech to text for true larping
>>735370673that's already supported
>>735359295Cool concept but the slow pace and pause between the interactions ruin it
>>735370673Thats already a thing. I dont mind typing though. I think its a bit easier to go back and edit things
>>735371938As in when I type? Toggle the mic on and knock yourself out. Its kinda crazy that a small pause is what kills it for you
This thread inspired me to remod skyrim and grab this mod. I really can't help but loop back around to this one.
>>735373287https://github.com/MinLL/SkyrimNet-GamePluginHave fun, anon.
>>735373394do you still need to pay to use the non server at home version?
>>735373970Dunno what you mean, you just install this as a normal mod and pay for the LLM tokens
!!!ATTENTION!!!Is this compatible with loverslab mods? And when you run the model locally, can the model that you use. (Whether it be on LMstudio, or w/e.) see the contents of the console logging that the sexlab engine uses?I want to be able to have the model hook onto sexlab events and dynamically makes responses with it.
>>735373970If you run totally local, no.
Is piper a decent quality voice or should I consider an alternate?
>>735375439Piper sounds bad plus its limited to the vanilla voices. I hear pockettts is almost as fast and sounds much and it does cloning.
>>735375554>>735375439I posted the YouTube link, im running pocket in that video. I gen all my own voices now
>>735377786>>735375554I threw together zonos so I'm testing that out.
>>735377913Ive never used it. I was running vast, but decided to try iut pocket with the new update. Hows if run?
>>735378378My GPU (5090) seems to be too new so I can't even run it, kek. I'm going to grab pockettts instead.
This does have the potential for some fun stuff when they can integrate quests and stuff to ithttps://files.catbox.moe/irtste.mp4
I finally got this working OP. Pretty cool. I told a wench that her brother died and made her upset. 10/10.
>>735378462If you want to see the quality, check my video i linked above. I think its on 15 out of 20 for quality
>>735379540Nice. Yeah man I love using this>>735379540Kek based. Ive gotten stabbed for running my mouth one time. I did get to tell neloth to go fuck himself after he was a smart ass
>>735370653>>735350207Very cool bro, how easy is it to trip up the AI though and how closely does it pay attention to game mechanics? For instance, could I turn myself invisible, have my companion conduct a convo with an npc while i observe, sending her mental messages and meanwhile the third npc cant see or react to me being invisible? asking for a friend
>>735381501Easy on both accounts. As far as the invisible part, they will talk to each with out you, I think. Id use tfc to follow them if I were you, but they will talk without you
>>735382823Thanks anon, finally something based in this forsaken timeline
>>735381501LLM's only know what you send them in context so it's a mater of changing the context to fit your needs. SkyrimNet has a million options and prompts to configurate but this is still in its infancy so stuff like that might be pretty possible just takes a some setup effort
>>735383672Theres a shit load of stuff. Im only just scratching the surface. Im going to try and get my party members to he less suspicious and more casual in dialogue
Skyrim net is pretty good but it's a shame you can't talk down your opponents yet, or at least I don't think you can.
>>735383829wait till you find diaries
>>735384089I dont think you can. I tried that on tyrannus in house of horrors last night. Bandits and dremora will talk shit to you though
>>735384725Oh I use those after each session. I make sure of that lol. Im messing around a little bit with the dynamic updates, but I like to keep a short leash on that. The ai likes to summarize my shit too much
>>735387417>>735387180>>735387087These were from a previous playtbrough that lasted about 300 hours, or 1.5 years in game.
