What makes the AI decide to use their Kinship or hold it? It seems very inconsistent. Sometimes they'll hold it for too long in a pivotal moment, die and completely lose it putting you in a tight spot. Other times they will use it right away and make a smooth fight even smoother. I wish you could command them to use it (non dual kin ship) when they have it.

Invasive Seregios is a pretty annoying piece of shit. Your companion is pretty unreliable in this fight and much of the time and you end up using a vital Essence because of it's double moves, your companion dying by tying head to heads/not using the Kinship move. I just go to the desert area and honestly it's not hitting the spots the second one did for me. I think making the protagonist talk and royalty on top of that was a mistake. I really think the player character should've taken on the role of Thea since she's the new recruit and she ends up being thought the mechanics of the game by the player character anyway and before the tomboy fags come at me she can switch roles and be a tomboy princess but the country twang would probably have to go. I also really don't like how the game slows down so you can do the character missions with your team and I'm gonna be 100% honest I did not expect Ogden to be my favorite amongst the cast I was really thinking with my dick for most of them but everyone else's character missions are beyond boring except for Theas which had the decency to at least be over in like 3 minutes. One last thing I never really understood why until now but I really don't connect with any of the monsters in the game and I think it's because I'm just so used to killing them in main line games that I can't really form a bond with something I wear, I mostly stick to one or two monsties and ignore the other four in my party.
How do you configure your environmental skills? Do you just pick all the ones that match your monsties' elements and call it a day?

Game also falls off in the third region because the open world and fetch quests are a checklist simulator and you're basically thrown into a giant desert to do it all again for a third time for a minuscule incentive that may or may not be useful to you(small decorations).
