The Yuffie segment in Remake is like a preview of what Rebirth is like since it has synergy skills which are dual skill abilities. The newer characters are also pretty fun, I played as Red XIII for most of the game. Some new materia that help automate your allies a bit more and synergy skills can help you generate ATB on your allies without having to manually play them but you'll still need to swap around to cast the rest of their skills.To put in perspective I only really finished Rebirth because I liked the combat while the story and the minigames made the game feel like a drag.But yeah if you didnt like Remakes battle system you probably wont like Rebirth.

Couldn't find any mod of Tifa that matches my idea of her, so I downloaded a mod that was pretty close and modified it to my liking. So far in chapter 4 and this is a great game. The people complaining about the ubisoft tier padding are not the target of this game. This is the closest a game has gotten to FFXV and it's a bit of a shame that the party doesn't banter more like the bros. I also understand what people mean by "anime grunts" and that it can be off-putting and cringe for normies, but I think it has its own kind of charm. The combat is amazing but everything dies too fast in my opinion.
