Robin's nature also makes her manipulation of her father for his wallet make more sense, he's the only father candidate I can see being so easily wrapped around the finger of his daughter since Morgan has him wrapped around her finger too. Also it helps explain why Morgan is the way she is. Severa is a very protective big sister, Morgan is a genius whose a bit ditzy, she'd be more like Noire if she didn't have someone protecting her all the time.
