>>735587703I think the only fight where team building truly matters is Ibushi and Narwa, which I guess could be argued as a "post-game" challenge. Only thing is, you can fight them before Aenshin. The tower gauntlet (which unlocks Fatalis) from MHS1 was probably the best post game out of the three games. I don't remember much about Elder's Lair, except you fight Fatalis (again) at the end.
