wasn't a literal pedophile and drug addict, I still never liked his art, and it only ever got worse over time.
He started relying on the same faces, male characters turned into blank slates like in this comic, or faceless tough guys with huge hairy arms. Women always had half closed eyes, goth makeup and lolled out tongues.
Then he slapped a bunch of stupid ugly post processing effects like chromatic aberration on it to make it seem more polished than it really was.
He got really fucking lazy, really fucking brazen and his entire strategy was reduced to repeatedly doubling down on the shock value to make up for the decline in quality.
