Its not the same but I had dental issues earlier this year and was dreaded about it constantly. What fixed that was keeping up with better dental hygene because thst was both all I could do and the best I could do. Some things are out of our control, so all we can do is do what we can do, you know?Also maybe recommend not play stressful games like Etrian Odyssey lul at least that game gets me stressed out sometimes in tense battles
