The 3x3 grid is overrated, the only battle where the 3x3 grid really matters are Gutsman and Kingman. The BN bosses arent much harder than SF, most are simple enough to be reworked into a 1x3 system.

I think the likelihood of the Star Force 4 is high compared to the other series. ZX3 won't happen because Capcom's relationship with Inti is strained. Legends 3 won't happen it really pains me to admit this because that project is too synonymous with Inafune. X9 won't happen because they already have Classic as the platforming series and are bringing elements of X into Classic. Plus, X is kinda stained by a streak of bad games. BN7 won't happen because Lan's story is done, but Star Force 4 gives them an excuse to bring back MegaMan.EXE. Star Force was brought back to get everyone ready for the next game in the BN timeline.
