Honestly in terms of raw Hollywood style "coolness" GTA IV, Red Dead Redemption 1, and the Hotline Miami duology are the only ones that come to mind. Other games like RDR2 prioritize acting and emotional impact over choreography, or they're aesthetically cool but get bogged down by autistic Japanese writing like Persona and MGS.

I think games with very limited cutscenes have a better chance at having good aura, because of how hard it is to pull them off without looking like a bunch of awkward mannequins pretending to be a movie
