I wouldn't mind upgrading to a 6070 or 6080 from my 4090 because I'm getting really fucking paranoid about the shitty connector it has.It's been doing that thing the PC randomly black screens out of nowhere and Windows eventlog clearly indicates the GPU crashed, so plug the GPU out and back in and it's good to go for another 2 months before it happens again. If I don't touch the cables, I get the black screen crash daily, sometimes multiple times a day, so it's extremely obvious this shit is fucked. Like what would even be the point to RMA this crap, even if it went through in months, I would just get another crap that would have the same issue because this shit is fundamentally flawed.

>>735954639It also could be due to cable wear.Check your GPU 16-Pin HVPWR Voltage in HW Monitor. If you see a significant voltage delta between idle and heavy loads it may mean that your cable has degraded and you should replace it. Moddiy and Cablemod cables are pretty decent nowadays.
