The first arc will be about fighting a more generic demon lord, just an old man turned into a monster that's operating in the middle of a giant lake at the center of a continent. But a person helping the hero's party is a minion of another demon king from a different continent, and that demon king is an immortal shota that just wants to find a way to kill time, which will, of course, be revealed after half the main cast has been flung halfway across the planet, crippled, killed, or trapped in time loops. I haven't figured out a way to work in the third demon lord of my story into the drama between the first two, but he doesn't really need to be, since he's just one of the party members from the future. The ideal demon lord is a retarded orc with a really hot assistant girl.
