>>736010091Before Final Cut i'd recommend you to find and play the original first game - unlike 2, 3 and Final Cut it had actually tried to make a hunter-after-monster experience through giving you swords and rifle and a possibility to level yourself in hybrid way (as opposed to 6 classes with narrow specialization of 2-3-FC). I'm honestly disappointed with that classes decision, ended up making summoner rogue, whose summons are basically immortal at max difficulty (as they scale the same way monsters do and is just a taunting immortal wall) and stacking dots on each separate mob with character to proc -80% hp strike twice - this way a common trash mobs fight ends up being much longer, than any boss fight, especially the last boss, as he is alone and you only need to stack-proc-stack-proc to kill him (basically, a few seconds).
The Final Cut uses the class-based system they implemented in VH3. The classes totally killed the free-form build customization VH1+2 had, but in exchange you got Helsing in mecha suit (or Helsing controlling a combat drone)I think final cut also reduced some Ink filler maps. i swear VH1 was a lot longer than that section was in FC
