>>736014871It matters because its two minutes of mashing a between races, the game keeps switching what car you are in based on what story character is interacting with the plot at the moment, the cutscenes interrupt the races themselves, and the story is the justification for you only racing across 3 courses but doesn't properly explain it. Its also the default mode of the game and you have to play a bit of it before it lets you play arcade or online mode.
