Dont start a new game through the in game menu while playing another save, certain npcs won't spawn ever again if the payphone mission quest line on the third island is completed, on any save on your memory card and the 100% will be impossible

Girlfriends aren't required for 100%.
Which is a good thing because Denise can be permanently killed from the game and it would make the 100% missable.

Every GTA before San Andreas honestly just kinda suck. They look nice, though.
