Putting coombait in the games will just attract attention, but the people who will buy a new Mega Man game aren't the ones who are looking for tits and porn. "New Mega Man game gets released" doesn't exactly need anything to get people's attention, and it'll be hard to have a pair of tits advertise the Mega Man series just from their appearance.
New games with Luna in them will save the franchise.
