Probably Lufia. That game has a lot going for it that it's never recognised for.
SMRPG is a toddler RPG with zero challenge, Octopath 2 is pretty good, and I haven't played Arcadia

lufia 2 because the dungeons and puzzles are good as something to do outside of battle. mario rpg is a close second, but its a different kind of gameplay. the other two can fuck off.
