I think any Dark Souls game has that feeling of exploration of a spooky city/castle, and Bloodborne as well. It's basically always nighttime, but more so in Bloodborne. You do actually see daylight sometimes in Dark Souls, like in Dark Souls 2 and Dark Souls 3.
