Retro is an adjective describingnew items, fashions, or styles that consciously imitate or revive trends from the recent past (typically 20+ years ago). 6th gen will never be retro because it is neither new, nor was it emulating styles outside its era.

Kinda agree, but if the console require a CRT to function properly it is retro imo.So the gen 6 is retro, along with the Wii.
