that reminds me I recently got to play Tri-Zone, the table that Space Cadet is based on.it is a very fun table and less quarter munchy than a lot of newer ones, even if you don't like pinball you should play this. just a good solid game.

I helped fix up a vintage pinball machine recently. Stupidly I never took any decent pics of it. Williams Triple Action from 1973/4, and not a chip in sight, it was made after Apollo but feels pre-WWII with all of the fabric-covered wiring, leaf switches, and crazy electromechanical score-counting systems and stuff. I'll have to grab some pics tomorrow. We spent a month tearing our hair out about why it stopped working and finally figured out that it was one single cold solder joint that finally let go after 50+ years, but was still attached enough that we couldn't find it just looking at wires or lightly jiggling them etc.
